Join us for the Will County Continuum of Care (CoC) Annual Membership Meeting!
The Will County Continuum of Care (CoC) is a collaborative network dedicated to ending homelessness across Will, Kendall, and Grundy Counties—an area covering 1,576 square miles and serving nearly 7% of Illinois’ population.
This is our yearly gathering to review the progress we’ve made in addressing homelessness in our community — and to look ahead at what’s next.
Whether you’re a service provider, policymaker, community advocate, or someone with lived experience of homelessness, your voice matters and you are welcome.
What is a Continuum of Care (CoC)?
A Continuum of Care (CoC) is a local coalition of organizations, agencies, and individuals that work together to prevent and end homelessness. The CoC coordinates housing, services, funding, and data to build a more effective and equitable homeless response system.
This meeting will include:
- Highlights of key achievements and data from the past year
- Opportunities to provide feedback and help shape priorities
- Networking with others committed to ending homelessness
